Associate Experience Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, organize, and execute experiences, programs, events, and activities to improve associate engagement, team collaboration, retention, and job satisfaction
- Provide information, education, and upskilling to people leaders
- Gather associate-experience feedback and provide descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analysis with recommendations
- Develop timely and professional reports
- Support leadership with engagement and experience program optimization
- Troubleshoot platform issues with vendors and respond to associate requests
- Develop and document communication toolkits for associate activities, events, and programs
- Conduct after-action meetings and use participant feedback to improve future events
- Research and recommend tribal-wide and Human Resources experience initiatives
- Coordinate associate activities, events, and programs, including Associate of the Quarter, Service Milestones, Achievers, and Voice of Associate
- Maintain related records, procedures, processes, materials, and documents
- Participate in marketing engagement activities and conduct nominal groups
- Consolidate, evaluate, and present results; follow up on improvement actions
- Explore, organize, and monitor Employee Resource Groups
- Identify and market volunteer opportunities and track volunteer hours
- Contribute news and marketing items to a digital newsletter
- Monitor the AE website and Facebook page and suggest content revisions
- Assist management with responding to associate needs identified through surveys
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Administration, or related field, or 4 years of directly related experience in lieu of education
- Strong writing, public speaking, business analysis, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of associate engagement concepts
- Knowledge of current advances in people and culture change
- Ability to travel to events
- Copywriting and proofreading skills
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office suite to produce high quality reports
- Two (2) years of related customer service experience in an advisory and/or consultant capacity
