About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the vision, strategy, and evolution of key product lines within the Chorus platform
- Partner with the VP, Product on an execution strategy
- Define and lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for behavioral health workflows including intake, referrals, crisis response, care coordination, and ongoing case management
- Translate market trends, policy changes, client patterns, research, and operational realities into product direction, requirements, sequencing, and reusable product patterns
- Identify and operationalize common patterns across customers and implementations to improve product reuse, reduce one-off customization, and accelerate delivery quality and speed
- Lead definition of complex workflows, data needs, business rules, and integration points across internal and external systems
- Shape roadmap and investment decisions based on user value, strategic differentiation, delivery leverage, technical constraints, and scalability
- Create and maintain product artifacts including requirements, workflow definitions, prioritization frameworks, templates, and playbooks
- Use product, operational, market, customer, and user insights to evaluate performance and improve product experience and business impact
- Partner with GTM, Delivery, and Partner Success on demos, scoping, positioning, and customer-facing product communication
- Act as a senior product leader and thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders, helping teams navigate ambiguity and make decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of end-to-end product management experience owning complex product lines
- Proven track record of partnering directly with executive leadership, such as a VP of Product, to drive multi-year execution strategies and platform evolution
- Deep domain expertise in healthcare, behavioral health, public health, or highly regulated, workflow-heavy environments
- Ability to translate complex clinical realities, policy changes, and market trends into scalable product standards
- Advanced experience identifying cross-customer implementation patterns to drive platform reuse, minimize custom code, and create repeatable modules across complex enterprise integrations
- High-level understanding of modern healthcare data architectures
- Experience with mobile-first design for frontline workflows
- Understanding of interoperability standards including FHIR, HL7, and EHR/EDW integrations
- Proven authority bridging R&D, Delivery, and Go-To-Market teams
- Experience setting execution standards, building high-impact playbooks, and coaching cross-functional teams through ambiguity
- Exceptional ability to balance strategic differentiation, technical constraints, user value, and commercial viability
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or clinical degree) or relevant technical/clinical background is nice to have
- Prior experience establishing product management standards, frameworks, and playbooks across a growing product organization is nice to have
- Direct experience leading crisis response, care coordination, or time-sensitive mobile workflows in healthcare ecosystems is nice to have
