About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review incoming ethics hotline complaints and develop actionable investigation plans
- Conduct objective, confidential investigations into allegations of fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, and ethical breaches
- Perform internal audits assessing compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collect, document, and analyze evidence
- Conduct witness and subject interviews
- Partner with Human Resources, Legal, Internal Audit, outside counsel, and subject matter experts
- Analyze investigation data to identify trends and mitigate compliance risks
- Recommend policy and process changes to leadership
- Plan and perform operational and internal audits to verify accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external laws
- Draft comprehensive investigation and audit reports for senior management
- Provide ethics training and awareness initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in internal auditing, corporate investigations, or human resources compliance
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Advanced interviewing skills
- High emotional intelligence and objective judgment
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Impeccable integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive personal data
- Must be willing to travel 50% of the time
