General Manager/Vice President

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set the global strategic direction for Touchland and lead implementation of the five-year strategic roadmap
- Lead domestic and international growth opportunities
- Maintain daily oversight of the business and full profit-and-loss accountability
- Deliver improvements in revenue quality, gross margin, operating income, cash flow, market share, and profitability
- Lead annual business planning and define strategies, tactics, resources, pricing, marketing investment, and integrated marketing plans
- Guide the U.S. strategy from prestige beauty into broader mainstream channels while protecting brand equity and accelerating global expansion
- Drive profit-led growth through brand investment, productivity, pricing power, mix management, innovation return on investment, and corrective action
- Use fact-based analysis to make strategic tradeoff decisions and monitor financial and brand metrics
- Support brand-relevant innovation, packaging, advertising, content, and pipeline sufficiency
- Partner with Sales, Sales Strategy, Digital Growth, Connected Commerce, International, Supply Chain, Research and Development, Finance, and other Church & Dwight functions
- Recruit, train, mentor, inspire, and manage the broader Touchland team
- Provide direct leadership of brand, innovation, creative, and consumer engagement capabilities
- Serve as the single point of accountability for business performance and communicate decisions, risks, opportunities, and required actions to executive and cross-functional leaders
- Report to the Executive Vice President, President, International and Specialty Products Division
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 15+ years of marketing or commercial experience
- Demonstrated financial acumen and experience with profit-and-loss analysis and management
- Strong proficiency in sales and revenue growth management
- Proven ability to deliver consistent business and people results and to adapt business plans to changing market conditions
- Highly analytical, action-oriented, and decisive leadership style with strong managerial and problem-solving skills
- Ability to define a vision, establish direction, simplify complex information, and motivate teams to meet or exceed goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence executive leaders across functions
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Consumer packaged goods, personal care, or beauty industry experience preferred
- Global brand or international business experience preferred
- Digital marketing experience, including electronic commerce, retail media, direct-to-consumer channels, and social media preferred
- Track record of advancing best-in-class marketing practices and raising standards of marketing excellence preferred
- Strong industry awareness, intellectual curiosity, digital fluency, and ability to build productive working relationships preferred
