About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the single supply-chain voice and delivery lead for Waterpik
  • Translate commercial priorities and brand plans into executable supply scenarios that protect revenue, deliver OTIF, and accelerate NPD time-to-market
  • Act as the single Waterpik supply-chain voice on the Personal Care leadership team
  • Present risks, options, and recommended actions to VP Personal Care and SBU leadership
  • Own the weekly S&OE cadence and approve actions within delegated thresholds
  • Publish weekly updates on service, launches, inventory, and risk actions
  • Partner with R&D, Quality, Launch Management, Plant/CM managers, and Commercial to enforce launch-gate readiness
  • Drive cross-functional solutions to compress lead times and shorten launch cycles
  • Maintain holistic visibility of capacity and materials across plants and contract manufacturers
  • Partner with Planning COE on parameter discipline, phase-in/out, and E&O reduction
  • Execute inventory governance balancing service and working-capital targets
  • Own contract manufacturer performance accountability for service, quality, cost, and on-time delivery
  • Trigger corrective actions and supplier development when needed
  • Coordinate CM capital and capacity decisions with Procurement and Finance
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Logistics on CPFR and event readiness
  • Drive deduction mitigation and freight/cross-dock improvements
  • Manage expedite and premium freight within guardrails
  • Track deduction drivers, inventory exposure, and working-capital impact
  • Publish decision packages and escalation points with data and recommended actions
  • Feed continuous-improvement opportunities to Operational Excellence/COE
  • Uphold KPI discipline across Personal Care
  • Build partnerships across Commercial, R&D, Quality, Planning COE, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Customer Logistics
  • Lead through influence in a matrixed environment and develop supply-chain capability within the SBU

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 10–15+ years of progressive supply-chain experience in CPG or consumer devices and personal care brands
  • Experience with S&OE/S&OP/IBP and plant/CM network operations
  • Strong experience managing supply chain in an industry leader company in electronic devices
  • Proven success creating or redefining contract manufacturing networks
  • Strong expertise in Asian manufacturing
  • Proven success in manufacturing automation
  • Strong experience in electronics, injection molding, batteries, personal device manufacturing, logistics, and tariff management
  • Demonstrated ownership of launches, rapid NPD with innovation cycles less than 6 months, commercialization, and multi-CM networks
  • Strong experience collaborating with Commercial, R&D, and Quality to improve time-to-market
  • Advanced digital and analytics skills, including ERP/MRP, IBP/o9/OMP, Power BI/Tableau, and Excel
  • Executive presence with concise, data-driven storytelling and disciplined escalation
  • Strong financial acumen in COGS, cost-to-serve, working capital, and deductions
  • Scenario planning and rapid decision-making under commercial pressure
  • Ability to influence without authority across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Quality, and Operations
  • Effective negotiation and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Ability to compress timelines and remove launch barriers
  • Corporate onboarding requirements including Code of Conduct and Anti-bribery
  • Familiarity with S&OE/S&OP playbook, launch gate process, CPFR/EDI, and COE standards
