About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support for commercial management and sales managers
- Conduct analyses of sales, targets, performance, and commercial KPIs
- Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for management meetings
- Structure and monitor executive performance and results review agendas
- Prepare meeting minutes and action plans, and follow up on deadlines and deliverables
- Lead commercial projects of low to medium complexity, tracking timelines, owners, risks, and deliverables
- Map, document, and create flowcharts for commercial processes
- Propose and support the implementation of improvements to processes, controls, and routines
- Structure and update KPIs, dashboards, and management tools
- Consolidate information from different areas, ensuring data quality and consistency
- Propose improvements and automation for the area’s routines and controls
- Use Artificial Intelligence for data analysis, information consolidation, material preparation, task automation, and productivity gains
- Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Commercial Management, or a related field
- Experience in commercial, planning, operations, or process-related areas
- Experience analyzing KPIs and preparing management presentations
- Experience supporting and leading projects
- Practical knowledge of process mapping and flowchart development
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Intermediate PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong data analysis and organization skills
- Basic knowledge of process management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Knowledge of process mapping and flowcharts, as well as experience with KPIs and dashboards, are considered a plus
