About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute pricing strategies across the complete product lifecycle, including full-price sales, promotions, and markdowns.
- Maximize revenue, margin, and inventory turnover.
- Lead the product markdown process and related initiatives, including testing and optimization.
- Manage the promotional calendar, ensuring discount efficiency and avoiding cannibalization.
- Monitor KPIs and performance, including revenue, margin, inventory, and sell-through, generating actionable insights.
- Conduct pricing analyses, including elasticity, sensitivity, and campaign impact analyses.
- Participate in pricing new products, supporting decision-making.
- Collaborate with related teams.
- Structure and continuously improve pricing processes and models, with a focus on scalability and efficiency within Hering’s omnichannel environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid experience in Pricing, Planning, or Revenue Management.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools.
- Experience developing business cases and executive presentations.
- Experience with promotions, markdowns, and commercial performance analysis.
- Experience in retail and omnichannel businesses is a plus.
