About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with the business’s strategic objectives;
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery;
  • Partner with development, UX/UI, and stakeholder teams to gather and refine requirements;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business functions and technical teams;
  • Create and maintain clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements;
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives;
  • Support product-related decision-making and the removal of impediments;
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and outcome metrics;
  • Gather user and stakeholder feedback to guide continuous improvement;
  • Ensure alignment across different teams to deliver consistent results in line with established priorities;
  • Contribute to the evolution of product strategy and clients’ digital transformation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner;
  • Experience with digital products, preferably in B2B systems sales and post-sales operations;
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Kanban or Scrum squads;
  • Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs;
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Experience with product, project, and documentation management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Businessmap, or Slite;
  • Ability to work in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments;
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMI-ACP are a plus;
  • Experience with or familiarity with retail-focused digital products—especially B2B solutions and processes related to the post-sales journey—is a plus;
  • Experience working with global or distributed teams is a plus.
