Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor project performance, ensuring data consistency and technical rigor.
Structure, validate, and enhance algorithms, models, and analytical methodologies focused on the company’s operational efficiency.
Consolidate technical analyses and results into executive recommendations to support management and leadership decision-making.
Serve as a technical reference for the team by sharing knowledge and supporting the analytical development of professionals in training.
Ensure data governance through the extraction, processing, and integration of information from different sources.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes, indicators, and analytical workflows.
Provide technical support for strategic projects, ensuring quality, reliability, and analytical depth in deliverables.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related fields.
Solid experience (at least 5 years) in data analysis, KPI development, and analytical project structuring.
Advanced proficiency in BI tools.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and data manipulation.
Experience developing indicators and conducting performance analysis.
