About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as an active member of agile team(s) and follow the Scrum framework
  • Work side by side with engineering and multiple business units
  • Assist in translating roadmap features into epics and stories
  • Assist in developing and documenting business requirements
  • Create reports, dashboards, and metrics to showcase outcomes
  • Work closely with Product Managers on planning, refinement, and prioritization
  • Test and document systems, software, and services
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and performance across systems, software, services, and ways of working
  • Support the design, development, documentation, training, testing, and maintenance of software applications
  • Improve business processes and systems used to market to, acquire, and support CIEE participants

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to summarize and present complex information to all levels of the business
  • Curiosity to understand why and how things work
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Experience and competence in the analysis and comprehension of data
  • 2 years of experience working with Salesforce
  • International Education/Exchange experience preferred
  • Readiness to grow and develop yourself, our client group, and our Company
  • Ability to embrace CIEE’s Core Values (Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion and Problem Solving) and culture
