About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and deploy technical and solution training for Velotic, its channel, partners, and customers
- Select student personas
- Select learning modalities, including eLearning, video-based, self-guided hands-on, instructor-led, examination, and certification
- Define learning objectives and outcomes
- Plan projects
- Coordinate subject matter experts
- Generate student video, HTML, and PDF assets
- Develop instructor presentation assets and guides
- Create courseware templates for the LMS
- Construct sample systems
- Manage and maintain the curriculum lifecycle
- Review feedback and metrics
- Review lifecycle stages and estimate maintenance effort
- Revise or repurpose materials according to forecasted needs
- Communicate progress to functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and services teams to develop technical enablement assets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree – industry-related or role-related
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent written English skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex, technical concepts into clear, accessible learning materials
- Documentation development and management for a software company or COE
- Technically proficient with software tools and suites, including operation, configuration, and extension (not programming)
- Ability to work mainly PST and CST business hours
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and services teams
