Develop and introduce new business to Cielo
Deliver retained executive search business through a team of researchers
Win and deliver retained search assignments
Manage senior stakeholder and client relationships
Direct project teams
Write insightful profiles and reports
Manage projects within tight timescales and high-demand client environments
Build and maintain external networks
Increase knowledge and commercial awareness of attraction methodologies and innovations
Produce and analyze data to identify opportunities and drive decisions
Analyze complex situations and provide workable solutions to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrable track record in winning and delivering retained search assignments
Sophisticated networking and sales skills
Deep subject matter expertise in one or more industry sectors
10+ years’ experience delivering to revenue targets
Considerable experience in senior stakeholder and client relationship management, including directing project teams
Experience in a research-driven executive search environment
Experience writing insightful profiles and reports
Experience working within tight timescales and high-demand clients or environments
Strong external networks and understanding of best practice
Ability to build robust relationships based on trust and confidence, with a proven track record of delivering results benefiting customer business objectives
Effective project management skills
Proactive knowledge and commercial awareness of new attraction methodologies
Ability to produce and analyze data, identify opportunities, and use data to drive decisions
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex situations and provide workable solutions
Customer-focused, able to work independently and use own initiative
Degree educated or equivalent
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
Fluency in one other language is ideal but not essential
International experience is highly desirable
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
