Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma
Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting
French Canadian speaking recruiter capable of managing requisitions in Canada and the United States
Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition
