About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications
Provide relevant market data and recommendations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements
Deliver strong candidate slates and build talent pipelines
Keep candidates engaged with timely progress updates
Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines
Act as a client brand ambassador and provide proactive communication throughout the recruitment cycle
Provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma
Engineering recruiting experience required
Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting
Willingness to travel for career fairs
Familiarity with Workday Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition
English language required
