Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and attract top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise for niche positions
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals
Review and post job advertisements on specialized job boards
Review and process applications across platforms in a timely manner
Use online platforms, social media, networking, mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing, and other sourcing methods to identify candidates
Cultivate and grow talent communities for current and future hiring needs
Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels
Conduct and present market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
Pre-screen candidates and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and consult on sourcing and hiring strategies
Promote the employer brand and career growth opportunities
Maintain accurate candidate interaction and sourcing activity records using ATS and other tools
Stay updated on industry best practices, sourcing tools, and techniques
Foster diversity and inclusion through sourcing practices
Identify process improvements and suggest innovative ways to enhance recruitment efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates should be based in Idaho, Arizona, Oregon, or Texas, USA
Previous sourcing experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred
High School diploma required
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field preferred
Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training
Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification required
3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting required
Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in, a certain industry, industries, markets required
Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong research and market analysis skills
Ability to handle candidate data accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with data protection regulations
Ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, meet deadlines, and handle niche recruitment requirements
Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively
Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies
Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
