Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals
Review and post attractive job adverts on specialized job boards
Review and process applications on all platforms in a timely manner
Use online platforms, social media, and networking to identify and connect with potential candidates possessing required skills and qualifications
Implement traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies, including mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing
Cultivate and grow talent communities for current and future hiring needs
Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels
Conduct and present regular market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and consult on sourcing and hiring strategies
Promote the employer brand to potential candidates and highlight career growth opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using ATS and other tools
Stay updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools, and techniques
Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups
Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest innovative ways to enhance recruitment efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma required
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field preferred
Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training
Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification required
3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting required
Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry (or industries, markets) required
Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both with candidates and hiring teams
Strong research and market analysis skills
Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations
Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, meeting deadlines and handling niche recruitment requirements
Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively, finding innovative solutions to attract specialized talent
Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies
Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
