About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate assigned projects, including project plans, budgets, and resource requirements
  • Identify and use project management tools and concepts, including charters, scope management, budget management, risk/issue management, and communications management
  • Develop and execute work plans and set task priorities
  • Track progress and prepare internal reports and project documentation
  • Prepare and distribute project communications to internal and external clients
  • Identify people, process, and infrastructure needs and liaise to maintain appropriate systems and reporting
  • Create project work products and deliverables independently and under direction
  • Provide project and business plan support and administrative assistance
  • Coordinate project logistics, meetings, progress reports, conferences, conference calls, and appointments
  • Take and transcribe meeting minutes, place material orders, and monitor funded project budgets
  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative project data, summarize findings, and communicate results
  • Support regulatory and reporting activities, including IRB updates and funding agency reports
  • Manage stakeholder communications and relationships and facilitate small group discussions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • No directly related experience required
  • Ability to coordinate projects, including project plans, budgets, resource requirements, risks/issues, and communications
  • Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Ability to prepare reports, project documents, communications, and deliverables
  • Ability to coordinate meetings, conferences, conference calls, and appointments
  • Ability to compose, edit, and deliver written and verbal communications
  • Ability to facilitate small group discussions
