About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide owner-side oversight of cross-disciplinary planning, execution and delivery of renewable energy construction projects
Cover high-voltage, civil, instrumentation and control works
Oversee site activities, subcontractors and construction teams for safety, environmental and quality compliance
Coordinate engineering, procurement and permitting teams to align construction schedules and deliverables
Manage execution-phase contracts, mainly BESS and BoP EPC contracts and service-provider contracts
Monitor project progress, budgets and timelines using project management tools and reporting systems
Participate in regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local regulations, grid connection requirements and environmental obligations
Oversee project delivery from pre-construction planning and secondary permits through commissioning and handover
Supervise EPC contractors, main equipment suppliers and external Owners' Engineers
Represent CIP Terra throughout construction and protect project value and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, science, engineering or a similar field
Proven experience in post-NTP project management of complex energy or infrastructure projects, such as renewable or conventional generation assets
Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management expertise
Strong personal and professional judgment
Adaptability to respond quickly to shifting realities and adjust initiatives and priorities
Organisational skills and flexibility to move between priorities
Project/programme management skills
Fluent in German and English
