Key responsibilities & impact

Support Supply Chain Knowledge Center (SCKC) activities
Identify, influence, and support revenue and growth opportunities through supply chain insights, solution adoption, and value-based storytelling
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support queries, escalating appropriately
Translate supply chain capabilities into clear value narratives, solution adoption, and long-term partnerships
Use data-driven storytelling and executive-level communication to center on client needs
Champion innovation in supply chain analytics
Partner with appropriate teams to explore and implement AI-enabled enhancements that improve insight generation, efficiency, and decision-making
Use stakeholder feedback to continuously improve SCKC offerings and ensure solutions align with business needs
Own outcomes end-to-end from strategy through execution
Contribute to continuous learning, inclusive leadership, and supply chain fluency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2+ year experience working in Supply Chain (FMCG/CPG preferred)
People skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to influence without authority across internal teams
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent presentation skills
Experience leveraging data to support client outcomes
Ability to use quantitative data to show measurable results
Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority
Ability to identify, influence, and support revenue and growth opportunities
Ability to translate supply chain capabilities into value narratives
Experience with data-driven storytelling and executive-level communication
Ability to partner with teams on AI-enabled enhancements
Ability to use structured feedback and stakeholder input to improve offerings
