About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with Product and Commercial teams to develop new opportunities and expand the use of Circana’s technology and AI offerings
  • Maintain deep, up-to-date expertise in Circana’s technology and AI offerings and serve as the go-to expert across the countries covered
  • Design and deliver demonstration materials to clients or support client-facing teams
  • Act as a product ambassador to drive product adoption and penetration among clients
  • Adapt product communications and materials to local markets, particularly for launches and new releases
  • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and clients and share it with the Product Management team
  • Support Training and Client Experience teams through coaching and the provision of materials
  • Provide ad hoc, high-priority technical support, including resolving and escalating client issues
  • Participate in and facilitate local user acceptance testing for new releases

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in a multi-country environment
  • Excellent practical knowledge of Unify+
  • Direct experience with and a good understanding of the Liquid Data platform and related products preferred
  • Interest in cloud platforms, AI-assisted analytics, low-code/no-code solutions, Python, and SQL
  • Knowledge of third-party BI tools is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, particularly for presentations and workshops
  • Strong team spirit
  • Professional proficiency in French and English required
