About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform various maintenance tasks as directed by the District Manager.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on fuel-related equipment, including dispensers, air stations, fuel filters, nozzles, hoses, breakaways, splash guards, and chucks.
- Complete general repairs such as ceiling tiles, base trim, painting, pothole patching, sanding, patching, restroom and service door maintenance, touch-ups, caulking, and signage replacement or installation.
- Perform basic plumbing maintenance on faucets and filters.
- Complete outdoor maintenance including landscaping, mulch application, bollard pole maintenance, bike racks, fence and gate repairs, perimeter light poles, power washing, and air hose hangers.
- Install and repair hardware and fixtures including door handles, locks, closers, and shelving.
- Perform basic compressor maintenance, glove/sanitizer dispenser upkeep, traffic signage, marketing component installation, floor drains, island maintenance, and miscellaneous upkeep as assigned.
- Work in indoor and outdoor environments and various weather conditions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong foundation in general maintenance, mechanics, and repair work.
- Effective communication with customers, management, and team members.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and squat comfortably.
- Ability to lift, carry, pull, or push items weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to climb ladders safely.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Safety equipment and guidelines must be followed at all times.
