About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Provide general maintenance support to sites through painting, building and repairing structures, interiors, shelving, and cabinets, as well as cleaning and other basic maintenance
- Maintain store equipment through troubleshooting, repairs, cleaning, and preventive maintenance
- Facilitate repairs by organizing the vehicle and maintaining adequate stock parts through in-house ordering and contacting service vendors
- Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to maintain continuity among work teams
- Participate in training for existing and new equipment
- Accomplish related results as part of the team
- Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary
- Adapt to job duties that may change with or without advance notice
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to perform light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Ability to perform painting, cleaning, structural, interior, shelving, and cabinet repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, clean, and perform preventive maintenance on store equipment
- Ability to maintain an organized vehicle
- Ability to maintain adequate quantities of stock parts through in-house ordering and contacting service vendors
- Participation in training for existing and new equipment
- Ability to document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
