  • Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees
  • Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well maintained
  • Maintain a professional and supportive image among subordinates and supervisors
  • Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain site image

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in retail sales preferred
  • Experience to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and working conditions described
  • Ability to supervise and train use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR and ASM job descriptions
  • Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR and ASM job descriptions
  • Ability to use a computer, or acquire necessary computer skills, including report analysis, inventory control, cash control and counseling notices
  • Valid driver’s license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, overnights and weekends
  • Ability to work primarily indoors and occasionally outdoors, in cold temperatures, freezers/coolers and noise
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
