Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in retail sales preferred
  • Experience to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and working conditions described
  • Ability to supervise and train employees in the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions
  • Ability to supervise and manage CSR and ASM functions
  • Ability to use a computer or acquire the necessary computer skills, including analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, and counseling notices
  • Valid driver’s license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English
  • Ability to work with minimum direction and supervision
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including cleaning parking lots and gas pumps and taking out garbage
  • Ability to work in occasional cold temperatures in walk-in coolers/freezers
  • Ability to work in occasional noise
  • Ability to work as an effective manager, supervisor, and leader
