  • Recruit, hire, and train positive, enthusiastic employees

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in retail sales preferred
  • Experience to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and working conditions described
  • Ability to supervise and train employees in the use of listed equipment, tools, and materials
  • Ability to supervise and manage CSR and ASM functions
  • Ability to use a computer or acquire necessary computer skills, including report analysis, inventory control, cash control, and counseling notices
  • Valid driver’s license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English
  • Flexible availability
