  • Evaluate site needs and develop action plans to achieve objectives
  • Organize and maintain site files and manuals
  • Ensure required reports are completed accurately and on time
  • Ensure merchandise is stocked, attractively displayed and correctly priced
  • Ensure employment posters and signs are accessible to employees
  • Analyze daily sales and expenses and take action to maximize sales and net profits
  • Budget and forecast P&L lines and manage merchandise margins

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in retail sales preferred
  • Experience to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and working conditions described
  • Ability to supervise and train employees in the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions
  • Ability to supervise and manage CSR and ASM functions
  • Ability to use a computer, or acquire the necessary computer skills, including analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control and counseling notices
  • Valid driver’s license and adequate transportation to/from the bank and corporate management meetings
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English
  • Flexible availability
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including cleaning parking lots, gas pumps and taking out garbage
  • Ability to work in occasional cold temperatures, including walk-in coolers/freezers
  • Ability to work in occasional noise
  • Ability to work effectively as a manager, supervisor and leader
