About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare for the Restaurant Manager role through a designated training period
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a designated Company operated Restaurant for no longer than 90 days after training
  • Assume partial or full responsibility for people, operations, and financial metrics
  • Report directly to the Restaurant District Manager
  • Provide excellent guest service and coach and correct team members
  • Recruit, interview, select, hire, and complete onboarding for all positions
  • Maintain a clean restaurant environment and perform general housekeeping duties
  • Delegate job responsibilities and shift duties and follow up on completion
  • Establish build to’s and maintain the production management system
  • Direct the team and ensure food is prepared and served according to Brand, Company, and health department regulations
  • Supervise and coach team members on food preparation and production management
  • Ensure ongoing training on Brand and Company standards
  • Cascade relevant information and maintain the communication board
  • Implement Brand campaigns and conduct new product training
  • Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards
  • Monitor cash, sales, and inventory control records
  • Complete paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders, schedules, and other administrative duties
  • Ensure a safe environment and report facility issues to maintenance
  • Complete incident reports according to the 5-minute rule policy
  • Own financial and operational metrics to achieve a profitable restaurant
  • Conduct team member check-ins and provide positive feedback badges in Workday
  • Implement progressive discipline for performance or policy deficiencies
  • Live the Company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, Play to Win

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid state Driver’s License required
  • Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred
  • Open availability required
  • Excellent communication skills
