Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Flexible shift availability: Days, Evenings, Overnights + Weekends
  • Ability to assist with hiring, supervising, and working with staff
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping and merchandising
  • Cash-handling and bookkeeping skills
  • Leadership, delegation, follow-up, teaching, motivation, planning, organization, communication, problem-solving, advocacy, empathy, safety, and security skills
  • Retail experience
  • Supervisor or management experience
  • Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills
  • Experience handling food
  • High School/College Degree(s) listed as a qualification
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
  • Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing required
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • Work eligibility subject to the company's federal E-Verify program
