Own delivery from kickoff to the first usable result, including the delivery process
Run customer meetings independently
Agree on project scope and expectations
Hand technical work to engineers and modellers
Understand and review technical work before it goes to the customer
Measure and improve time from kickoff to the first usable result
Increase the proportion of each project following a repeatable process
Feed recurring requirements from customer projects back into the product
Work on live projects at manufacturing companies using their production data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical background in engineering, computer science, data engineering, logistics and supply chain, or finance with operations research
5+ years leading complex projects from scoping to delivery, in industry or technical consulting
Project management across several parallel projects, multiple stakeholders and fixed deadlines
Experience delegating technical work, briefing engineers and reviewing results
Experience building or improving a delivery process
Track record of setting something up from scratch
Ability to translate business questions into model requirements: objective, levers, and data
Practical experience with incomplete or inconsistent ERP and Excel data
German at C1 level or above
Fluent English
Customer conversations in German
Existing work visa for Germany
Bonus: hands-on experience building data pipelines or optimization models
