About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Circuit's field marketing strategy and events calendar, including industry conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, hosted experiences, and partner events
- Build an events strategy around target accounts, priority industries, and pipeline goals
- Design and execute high-touch executive experiences for prospects, customers, partners, and industry leaders
- Partner with AEs and the broader GTM team on target account lists, invitations, pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up
- Identify and secure speaking engagements, sponsorships, strategic partnerships, suites, and co-hosted events
- Build relationships with conference organizers, venues, vendors, and industry partners; negotiate contracts, pricing, placement, and sponsorship packages
- Own event logistics from concept through execution, including budgets, vendors, venues, travel, production, collateral, and on-site coordination
- Develop pre- and post-event programs that generate meetings, opportunities, and pipeline
- Establish measurement and reporting for sourced and influenced pipeline, target-account engagement, meetings, opportunities, and ROI
- Manage the field marketing budget and investment decisions based on results
- Build processes, vendor networks, tools, and operating cadence to scale the field marketing program
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and leadership to refine field strategy based on performance, customer feedback, and market opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a related B2B marketing role, including significant experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales
- Proven experience owning a field marketing or events calendar end to end, from strategy and budgeting through execution and measurement
- Deep experience creating executive-level events, including dinners, roundtables, hosted experiences, and other high-touch programs
- Track record of securing and negotiating sponsorships, speaking opportunities, partnerships, and premium event experiences
- Strong understanding of how field marketing contributes to pipeline, with experience measuring sourced and influenced revenue rather than relying solely on attendance or engagement metrics
- Experience working closely with Sales on account targeting, outreach, event activation, and follow-up
- Strong vendor, budget, contract, and project management skills
- Comfortable representing the company directly with senior prospects, customers, partners, and industry leaders
- Relationship-driven and comfortable building trust with executives, partners, vendors, and internal teams
- Commercially minded, with a strong instinct for where to invest time and budget to create meaningful business outcomes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple events, partners, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Resourceful and hands-on, willing to move between strategy, negotiation, planning, and on-site execution
- Strong negotiator who knows when to push for better pricing, placement, access, or partnership value
- Excellent communicator with the presence to represent Circuit in front of senior audiences
- Collaborative and highly aligned with Sales, with a shared sense of ownership for pipeline and results
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable building in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
