About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and deliver change strategies, plans, and activities for large-scale transformation initiatives
Conduct impact assessments and identify change risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions
Partner with business leaders to drive stakeholder engagement and alignment
Lead communication, training, and adoption activities to support successful change outcomes
Build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation to create change readiness
Measure adoption, engagement, and business readiness throughout program delivery
Coach leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams through change
Work closely with project and delivery teams to integrate change management into program plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience leading organisational change across complex transformation programs
Experience supporting technology, ERP, digital, operating model, or business transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders
Ability to translate complexity into clear and actionable change plans
Experience assessing change impacts and managing organisational readiness
A pragmatic and hands-on approach with a strong focus on outcomes
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Experience supporting ERP, D365, or enterprise system implementations (nice to have)
Prosci, ADKAR, or other Change Management certification (nice to have)
Experience in fast-growing, transformation-focused organisations (nice to have)
Work eligibility in Australia
