About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development of a new greenfield platform at the heart of CES’s growth
  • Own end-to-end delivery of large areas of a complex platform product from discovery through scaled rollout
  • Translate user, business, and technical requirements into product strategy and roadmap
  • Work with engineering, design, and delivery leads on iterative development
  • Define and deliver product increments that unlock feedback and drive value
  • Lead solution design in ambiguous problem spaces while balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform integrity
  • Use customer insight, data, and domain expertise to shape product decisions and prioritise effectively
  • Align stakeholders around product vision, roadmap, and business goals
  • Set and uphold high standards of product practice
  • Support the shift from client-specific solutions to a scalable SaaS platform
  • Contribute to CES’s product culture and raise product management standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, high-impact products across multiple teams
  • Track record of delivering platform or SaaS products in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Strong systems thinking, connecting user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Ability to simplify complexity, align teams, and communicate direction with confidence
  • Ability to work without a playbook and solve undefined problems
  • Ability to use data, insights, and curiosity to drive product direction
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience building business cases and financial models (nice to have)
  • Experience launching new products or revenue-generating propositions (nice to have)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, platform, or marketplace businesses (nice to have)
  • Australian work eligibility or sponsorship requirement as specified in the application form
