Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of related experience, Master’s degree plus 6 years of related experience, or a PhD plus 3 years of related experience
  • Experience managing a full product portfolio focused on core secure networking technologies, including switching, wireless, routing, and firewalls
  • Proven track record managing multi-faceted, complex deal cycles and achieving revenue growth targets
  • Proficiency using CRM tools for funnel management, data analysis, and sales forecasting
  • Experience driving account planning and identifying new consumption options across multiple architectures
  • Security Clearance or ability to get one
  • Strong consultative negotiation skills
  • Deep technical comprehension of networking solutions and their long-term ROI
  • Ability to interpret competitive landscape shifts and provide strategic recommendations
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills to influence Rev Ops, finance, legal, and procurement teams
  • Specialized knowledge of industry trends and economic drivers affecting customer business models
