About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze spend information, manage risk, and/or track supplier performance with Strategic Sourcing Managers
- Transform manual, legacy processes into streamlined digital workflows
- Support sustainability and risk reporting across the supplier ecosystem
- Use data analytics to track performance and ROI of critical partnerships
- Participate in Cisco’s incubation program for recent graduates
- Work with experienced leaders and a peer community on projects aligned with individual strengths
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience or strong academic coursework in a procurement or supply chain role
- One of the following, completed within the past 3 years or expected within the next 12 months: Bachelor’s degree with 0 years of work experience; educational or workforce development program such as an Associate’s degree, Apprenticeship, Boot camp, or Certification with 1 year of work experience; or high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of work experience
- Qualifying education and work experience in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Mathematics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related program
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
- Ability to lead effectively across teams and projects
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
- Proficiency using AI, Excel, and Power BI
