About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assess and evaluate partnership opportunities through direct and indirect engagements
  • Collaborate with product groups to ensure appropriate support for ecosystem partners
  • Generate and implement business development initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Align initiatives with quantitative and qualitative objectives to enhance partnership relevance and impact
  • Manage partner governance, business planning, return on investment analysis, commercial success and metrics reporting
  • Identify areas for enhancement and implement solutions to accelerate partnership and program-level growth
  • Understand market trends and develop creative solutions for localized initiatives
  • Develop quantitative metrics to measure financial and business impact
  • Build and follow up on product group support plans for demos, development, marketing enablement and go-to-market support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree + 8 years of professional experience focused on enterprise technology and business development
  • Experience designing and implementing technology integrations and go-to-market strategies with partners
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders across product management, engineering, sales, legal and marketing
  • Experience working with virtual, matrixed teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic approach, communication skills and program leadership
  • Broad high-tech industry knowledge and business acumen
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior-level executives
  • Understanding of Cisco's partner community and ability to accelerate joint GTM activities with strategic partners
  • Broad understanding of Cisco's portfolio of products and services
