Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive transformation of current and future network architecture for customers
  • Work directly with customers and gain exposure to their networks
  • Collaborate on projects supporting veterans and military service members
  • Work on network infrastructures
  • Deliver business and technology solutions across data, security, mobility, and cloud
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and expert to customers
  • Help customers understand their networks, reduce risks, and adopt technology
  • Collaborate with Cisco Engineering to advocate for customer-focused innovation
  • Liaise with Cisco Engineering and share upcoming technology with customers
  • Lead or guide Cisco, customer, and partner teams in analyzing and resolving complex network problems
  • Provide high-level crisis management by anticipating and resolving issues with customers and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must possess an active DoD TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee
  • Must be able to perform the work on U.S. soil as a U.S. citizen where required by the U.S. government
  • Must live within commuting distance of Annapolis Junction, Maryland, and work onsite 3–4 days per week
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in Cisco networking
  • Experience across Enterprise Networking, Security, or Data Center
  • CCNP-level experience with Cisco Enterprise Network Routing and Switching platforms
  • Sec+ certification
  • Ability to lead, articulate a vision, influence, and guide teams in dynamic strategic environments
  • Ability to design, deploy, analyze, and resolve complex network issues
