Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the transformation of current and future customer network architectures
  • Work directly with customers and gain experience and exposure into their networks
  • Collaborate on projects impacting Veterans and military service members
  • Work on network infrastructures
  • Deliver business and technology solutions across data, security, mobility, and cloud
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor and expert to customers
  • Help customers understand their networks, reduce risks, and adopt technology
  • Collaborate with Cisco Engineering to advocate for customer-focused innovation
  • Share upcoming Cisco technology with customers as a liaison
  • Lead or guide Cisco, customer, and partner teams through sophisticated network problem resolution
  • Provide high-level crisis management and proactively resolve issues with customers and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must possess a current U.S. Government DOD Secret Security Clearance
  • Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee
  • Must perform work on U.S. soil in U.S. Government classified environments
  • Must live within commuting distance of and be able to work onsite 4 days a week at Scott Air Force Base
  • 7 years relevant experience in Cisco networking, combining Enterprise Networking/Collaboration
  • CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent skills in Enterprise Networking/Collaboration
  • Experience delivering Cisco standard methodologies within customer infrastructure
  • Ability to lead or guide Cisco, Customer, and Partner teams in analyzing and resolving sophisticated network problems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide high-level crisis management
  • Capacity to see and articulate a vision that inspires change
