Key responsibilities & impact

  • Act as a trusted customer advisor and technical expert
  • Help customers understand their networks, reduce risks, and adopt technology
  • Collaborate with Cisco Engineering to advocate for customer-focused innovation
  • Serve as a liaison between Cisco Engineering and customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee
  • Must perform work on U.S. soil in U.S. Government classified environments
  • Must possess a current U.S. Government DoD TS/SCI or Top Secret with SCI-eligibility security clearance
  • Must live within commuting distance of and work onsite 4 days a week at Fort Meade, Maryland
  • Minimum 7 years of demonstrated experience combining Cisco Enterprise Networking and Automation
  • CCNP-level experience with Cisco Enterprise Networking and Network Automation
  • Ability to lead, articulate a vision, influence, and guide teams in dynamic strategic environments
  • Experience designing, deploying, analyzing, and resolving complex network issues
  • Experience with Python, Ansible, or other automation tools preferred
  • Experience delivering Cisco standard methodologies within customer infrastructure
  • Ability to lead or guide Cisco, customer, and partner teams in analyzing and resolving complex network problems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide high-level crisis management
  • Capacity to see and articulate a vision that inspires change
