About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design high-assurance security architectures to protect enterprise assets from evolving cyber threats
  • Implement Cisco ISE and TrustSec for scalable, identity-based network access control
  • Develop automated security playbooks to streamline incident response and reduce operational risk
  • Guide customer stakeholders through complex technology roadmaps aligned with business requirements
  • Mentor junior engineers to improve technical excellence and security delivery velocity
  • Occasionally attend customer sites and travel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of professional experience in IT Security, IT Consulting, and systems integration for large Enterprise entities
  • Deep technical expertise in at least two of: Network Security, Network Visibility, Zero Trust Segmentation, Endpoint Security, Threat Management, Cloud Security, or E-mail Security
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) in large-scale environments
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end TrustSec deployment in complex network topologies
  • Advanced proficiency configuring and troubleshooting multi-vendor security solutions and platforms
  • Current CCIE Security certification or working towards it (preferred)
  • Exceptional consulting and executive communication skills (preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure security delivery environments (preferred)
  • Active contribution to the security community through thought leadership, white papers, or conference speaking (preferred)
  • Strong aptitude for mentoring others and fostering technical excellence (preferred)
