  • Act as a trusted advisor and technical expert helping customers understand networks, reduce risks, and use Cisco technology
  • Drive technical and complex adoption strategies across large strategic customer segments
  • Manage high-complexity enterprise deployments using AI analytics for planning and execution
  • Lead executive briefings, architecture-specific workshops, and cross-functional onboarding programs
  • Advise senior customer leaders on aligning Cisco technologies with long-term business outcomes
  • Oversee TAP execution and integration across multiple teams and broader account strategies
  • Engage customers on technical expertise and its application within their architectures
  • Collaborate with Cisco Engineering to advocate for customer innovation
  • Share upcoming Cisco technology with customers
  • Lead or guide Cisco, customer, and partner teams in resolving sophisticated network problems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must possess a current US Government DOD Security clearance at a TS/SCI Full Scope level
  • Must be a U.S. Person and perform work on U.S. soil
  • 8 years of relevant experience in Cisco networking
  • Emphasis on Security and Enterprise Networking; Data Center, Full Scope Observability (FSO), and AI are a plus
  • Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP), or equivalent skills in Security or Enterprise Networking
  • Comfortable speaking in front of customers, live and via video, presenting Cisco solutions with confidence
  • Experience delivering Cisco standard methodologies within customer infrastructure
  • Ability to lead or guide Cisco, Customer, and Partner teams in analyzing and resolving sophisticated network problems
  • Ability to develop and orchestrate Technical Adoption Plans (TAPs) aligned with customer business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead strategic, technical, and complex adoption strategies across large strategic customer segments
  • Ability to lead complex enterprise deployments where AI analytics inform planning and execution
  • Ability to lead customized technical enablement initiatives
  • Capacity to articulate a vision that inspires adoption and change
