About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Produce end-to-end video content translating complex technical portfolio updates into compelling visual narratives
  • Provide expert remote A/V coaching for the CX On Message series
  • Create high-energy b-roll, kinetic typography, and platform-optimized edits for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Cisco.com
  • Partner with the Events team to deliver visual experiences for global flagship events
  • Maintain visual brand standards across all assets
  • Collaborate with content strategists, editors, creative leads, and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end video production, including scriptwriting, recording, and post-production
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Demonstrated project management experience handling high-volume assets and tight review cycles
  • Professional portfolio showcasing advanced narrative storytelling, motion graphics, and editorial pacing
  • Proven ability to provide A/V coaching to senior leadership
  • Familiarity with Riverside Studio, Descript, and Frame.io
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills for navigating feedback from diverse cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience in vendor management, including briefing and overseeing external creative partners or agencies
  • Ability to maintain creative quality and professional composure under pressure during shifting schedules
