Analyze business processes, find gaps, and identify improvement opportunities
Work with large amounts of data and business context to derive meaningful insights
Present data and insights logically and influentially to drive data-driven business decisions
Capture the inventory of Supply Chain data sources, dashboards, measurements, and metrics
Prepare and manage integrated data architecture
Support automation of complex processes into actionable solutions
Help optimize and streamline operational workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Meet one of the following, completed within the past 3 years or expected within the next 12 months: Bachelor's degree with 0 years of work experience; educational or workforce development program (e.g., Associate’s, Apprenticeship, Boot camp, or Certification) with 1 year of work experience; or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 2 years of work experience
Qualifying education and work experience in Data Analysis, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related program
Proficiency in Python, Python libraries, and R
Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization
Strong mathematical skills
Preferred: experience with big-data platforms such as Hadoop and Spark
Preferred: familiarity with Java, Scala, or C++
Preferred: exposure to Machine Learning
Preferred: knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
