About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies for Cisco’s cybersecurity products
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, finance, operations, and sales teams
  • Deliver actionable pricing and packaging solutions
  • Conduct annual pricing reviews, competitive analysis, and market research
  • Optimize monetization models and benchmark industry trends
  • Analyze customer behavior and price elasticity
  • Build scalable pricing tools and capabilities
  • Report to the Sr. Director of Pricing and Strategy
  • Shape monetization for Cisco’s hardware and software cybersecurity portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or business strategy
  • Experience ideally within technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or consulting firms
  • Deep knowledge of hardware, software, and services pricing models, including subscription, consumption-based, and perpetual licensing
  • Experience with data analytics, financial modeling, and pricing elasticity methodologies
  • Experience leading cross-functional critical initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Experience with pricing and analytical tools
  • MBA or equivalent experience in business strategy, finance, or economics is preferred
  • Previous management consulting experience is preferred
