About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and handle end-to-end financial management of OpEx, CapEx, COGS, and MDF investments
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to Operations and Engineering teams
  • Manage the full financial lifecycle, including month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Partner with accounting and central finance on monthly OpEx and CapEx investment results
  • Facilitate monthly balance sheet reconciliation
  • Collaborate with leadership to influence strategic outcomes and maintain financial rigor
  • Drive operational excellence through financial reporting and variance analysis
  • Identify and develop high-impact finance AI use cases, including predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, and risk management
  • Monitor emerging AI trends in financial technology
  • Drive commercial analysis and develop business cases for Operations and Delivery teams
  • Analyze relationships between business activities and OpEx/CapEx drivers
  • Provide financial oversight of outsourced vendor contracts
  • Lead initiatives to optimize investments, operational efficiency, and process workflows
  • Support and adhere to corporate governance, compliance, and security policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of Finance or relative business experience
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership
  • Solid understanding of P&L management, margin analysis, and financial modeling
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proficiency in finance reporting tools, including Essbase and Business Objects
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years of prior operating expense management experience preferred
  • 3+ years of business partnering experience preferred
