About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and drive sales opportunities with Cisco partners in the Small & Medium Business segment
  • Achieve quota targets by managing the full Cisco product portfolio and running end-to-end deal cycles, including technical demos
  • Qualify and manage partner- and marketing-generated opportunities
  • Drive accountability and collaboration for deal closure
  • Engage directly with SMB customers to communicate Cisco’s value and identify cross-architecture opportunities
  • Support demand generation initiatives
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and Cisco solutions
  • Work with the SMB Pod to maintain pipeline health and support sales campaigns
  • Build customer and partner relationships and deliver solutions and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, sales specialists, system engineers, and partner sales teams
  • Maintain accurate opportunity records in Salesforce (SFDC)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing
  • Demonstrated achievement of at least 100% quota attainment or consistent year-over-year growth of 10% or more
  • Strong collaboration skills, including partner engagement and direct customer interaction for active SMB accounts
  • Passion for sales and building positive relationships
  • Strong business sense and ability to communicate value propositions effectively
  • Ability to use active listening to identify current and future customer challenges and propose solutions
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Experience using digital selling tools such as Salesforce
