  • Leverage internal and external contacts to drive collaboration and corporate initiatives

  • Develop technical sales initiatives aligned with strategy and articulate market expansion and revenue goals
  • Lead high-stakes technical client engagements for sophisticated, large-scale solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 7–10+ years of experience leading technical sales or solutions engineering teams
  • Consistent track record of leading managers and directing teams across multiple geographic regions
  • Deep knowledge of Cisco’s core architectures, including Networking, Security, Collaboration, Cloud, or Data Center
  • Strong understanding of emerging technology trends and industry challenges
  • Extensive experience engaging CXO-level participants, directors, and key IT decision-makers
  • Experience establishing relationships and negotiating large-scale or highly competitive strategic deals
  • Ability to translate corporate vision into actionable technical sales strategies
  • Ability to lead quota performance and navigate enterprise sales cycles exceeding one year
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field
  • Preferred: Advanced technical certifications such as CCIE, CCDE, or equivalent industry credentials
  • Proven success collaborating across large-scale corporate matrix environments
  • Experience partnering with Product Engineering, Customer Experience, and Channel Partners
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical strategy and closing high-value, multi-million-dollar cross-architecture enterprise agreements
