About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own C-level and Practice Director relationships across specialized and regional partner practices
- Develop and execute joint business plans with annual revenue targets, practice expansion milestones, and delivery capacity goals
- Deploy global migration playbooks, tiered commercial packaging, and Webex AI sales plays into regional partner practices
- Execute time-bound acceleration sprints for high-potential regional partners
- Establish professional services packaging, architect certifications, and initial pilot deployments
- Architect campaigns to migrate on-premise contact center seats to Webex Contact Center and AI Agent workflows
- Collaborate with Cisco Renewal Teams and partner renewal desks on expiring contracts and cloud migration motions
- Align with Regional Collaboration Partner Sales Directors, Partner Account Managers, and Contact Center Specialists on territory mapping and deal escalations
- Enable partners on SaaS commercial structures, including EA 3.0, LCI, VIP, and Agency/MSP models
- Channel field intelligence, technical requirements, and roadmap priorities to the Contact Center Business Unit and Technical Enablement teams
- Serve as executive business architect and sales accelerator for Cisco’s Contact Center and AI partner business across the Americas
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–10+ years of high-performance experience in Contact Center (CCaaS / On-Premise), Customer Experience, or SaaS partner sales strategy and practice development
- Deep commercial and architectural understanding of Contact Center solutions, including Cisco UCCX/UCCE/Webex CC, Genesys, NICE, Five9, and Amazon Connect
- Knowledge of emerging Enterprise AI / Virtual Agent technologies
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing profitable practices within VARs, SIs, SPs, and MSPs
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence C-level partner executives and internal matrixed sales leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Direct experience working within or managing top-tier Americas partner practices across VARs, SIs, SPs, and MSPs
- Familiarity with Cisco commercial engines and partner programs, including CCW, Deal Registration / ICPA rules, EA 3.0, PXP, VIP/LCI
- Strong understanding of cloud migration economics, TCO/ROI modeling, and SaaS recurring revenue mechanics
