About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead technical onboarding for MSPs, including architecture validation, infrastructure readiness, and operational model design
- Review, validate, and optimize single-tenant and multi-tenant Splunk architectures across on-premises and cloud environments
- Develop observability-oriented MSP offerings combining Splunk ITSI with Splunk Observability or AppDynamics
- Guide MSPs in cost-optimized architecture choices for packaging and automating Splunk service offerings
- Oversee architectural and operational assessments with Splunk Professional Services
- Build and sustain a regional technical community through monthly roundtables and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Deliver targeted technical enablement to address MSP capability gaps and improve engineering maturity and certification levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Splunk and Cisco architectures, frameworks, and go-to-market motions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience working directly with or for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in a technical capacity, such as pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, partner enablement, or delivery
- Experience deploying, configuring, or managing Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise environments
- Experience implementing or managing Splunk ITSI and Splunk Observability or AppDynamics
- Experience delivering MSP operations, including technical onboarding and architecture validation
- Splunk Architect Certification or similar advanced technical certifications preferred
- Experience designing multi-tenant architectures and implementing cost-optimization strategies preferred
- Experience developing packaged managed service solutions or commercial technical offerings preferred
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong ability to build collaborative relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams
- Professional proficiency in Italian and/or French preferred
