About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the roadmap for Cisco’s agentic platform and experiences
  • Own the product lifecycle end-to-end
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into actionable roadmaps
  • Develop and refine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise AI solutions
  • Align product strategy with stakeholder needs and Cisco’s business goals
  • Lead requirements gathering and synthesize user problems and solution ideas into Product Requirement Documents
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, security, legal, and business teams
  • Ensure successful product delivery and compliance with privacy and security standards
  • Advocate for automation features addressing high-impact workflows
  • Integrate solutions with enterprise tools such as Webex, Outlook, SharePoint, and Jira
  • Facilitate user focus groups and synthesize feedback
  • Iterate on prototypes to meet real-world user needs
  • Define indicators for pilots and user testing
  • Analyze data to advise product improvements and drive adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in product management
  • Specific AI domain experience, such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Reinforcement Learning
  • Proven track record launching products from concept through pilot to deployment in enterprise environments
  • Experience working with technical teams
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise data architectures
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex feedback into clear product requirements
  • Strong familiarity with privacy, security, and compliance requirements in SaaS/enterprise environments
  • Deep expertise in generative AI or large-scale automation platforms preferred
  • Experience facilitating workshops, focus groups, and user testing preferred
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a hybrid office environment preferred
  • Experience building privacy-forward and trustworthy experiences preferred
  • Strategic vision with a hands-on approach to execution and metric-driven product management preferred
