Key responsibilities & impact

Drive strategic products positioning Cisco’s Partner Experience Platform (PXP) as an industry leader in AI-powered partner experience solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and launch innovative PXP features
Enhance partner collaboration, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable business value
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management
Deliver features that empower partners and improve engagement
Ensure robust security, compliance, and resilience of the experience
Evaluate advancements in AI and user expectations to define differentiated partner experience strategies
Gather and analyze feedback from partners and internal stakeholders
Continuously enhance PXP offerings and deliver world-class partner experiences

What you’ll need

5+ years of product or program management experience, including recent experience in AI, customer experience (CX), and/or partner experience (PX) products
2+ years of experience delivering scalable enterprise platforms, with a strong emphasis on partner solutions
2+ years of product management experience
Subject matter expert knowledge of AI, CX, PX, and/or related fields
Strong background in product management, AI-powered experience platforms, partner ecosystems, or partner engagement solutions
Excellent written, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and critical thinking skills
Experience solving challenges related to partner experience, data privacy, compliance, and integrating AI solutions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with demonstrated technical expertise and experience applying it to platform or experience solutions
